Qualified in Hotel Management, Francine has worked in the food business for over 20 years in the UK and overseas. With additional qualifications in Nutrition and Teacher Training, she then decided to combine her experience and passion for cooking and teaching by setting up the food consultancy All About Food.
Francine is a dynamic, adaptable and skilled communicator who works with a vast range of groups and individuals. She is also highly experienced at working with hard-to-reach groups in disadvantaged areas, where health inequalities and diet-related illness are prevalent.
Her manner is accessible and welcoming, with a flexible teaching approach to accommodate all participants on courses.
Francine Russell is a member of The Slow Food Movement and has an interest in seasonality, food access, local food and its procurement.
